Return policy

We only accept returns of new, unworn items within 14 days of receiving. If the tag or packaging is removed, we will not take the item. We will not accept any items that look used or worn. All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit or refund. All items are FINAL SALE if they are on sale or used with a discount code.

To request a return, please use contact form on the bottom of the page. If you have any questions about your return, email us at info@soparcollection.com. To help us find your order and process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out Aditional information field. If your package is late past the 14 days, we will NOT accept the item. You may choose between store credit or a refund. Once your item is received in our warehouse, it will take 5-7 days to process with your refund or store credit. International orders can be shipped back via DHL.

Once an order is placed, you may not add any other items to the order or change the shipping details. Please be sure all the information you entered is correct before you complete your order.

Money credited back to your account may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

Most ALL international orders, any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so be prepared to pay duties or taxes for larger orders. Once custom officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over this, and cannot list as a gift.
